CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS

If you have a complaint regarding an order, product or service, please contact us first at support@xomiko.com.

If a consumer submits a complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing, we will respond within 15 days of receiving the complaint, unless a different time limit applies under applicable law.

If we are unable to resolve the complaint within that period, we will inform the consumer of the reason for the delay and provide a new reasonable timeframe for resolving the matter.

ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly with Xomiko, an eligible consumer may be entitled to submit the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) operating at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA), subject to the Committee's applicable jurisdiction and procedural rules.

Consumers should first attempt to resolve the complaint directly with Xomiko before submitting a dispute to an alternative dispute-resolution body.
